September 2013 False Flag At The Washington D.C. Navy Yard

LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:
By all accounts, it appears that the events that took place on September 16th, 2013 at the Washington D.C. [District of Columbia] Navy Yard were a false flag attack. The “shootings” look to have been staged and planned. The entire story appears to have been pre-packaged and sent out to numerous media sources, who were told to sit on it until it was time for the event to occur. Some media outlets inadvertently jumped the gun, however, posting the story before the “shootings” had even occurred. Initially, it was believed that the motive behind the false flag attack was to draw attention away from the scheduled U.S. [United States of America] Congressional testimony regarding the Benghazi scandal, which was due to take place that day [and was subsequently canceled] and to lay the groundwork for stricter gun control legislation, but a much more heinous plot has surfaced.

It has been reported that agents from the NCIS [U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service] and the U.S. Office of the Provost [both of which have field offices inside of the Washington D.C. Navy Yard] had threatened to arrest U.S. President Barack Obama for planning to attack Syria without U.S. Congressional approval. More importantly, those agencies are said to have uncovered a plot by the Obama administration to detonate a nuclear weapon inside of Washington D.C. as part of a government-sponsored false flag terror attack [most likely to be blamed on Syria and/or Iran], thus launching the U.S. into war and/or martial law.

[NOTE: In the U.S., the Office of the Provost has the authority to arrest and imprison the U.S. President if he or she commits an act that is detrimental to the country. If it is believed that the President has committed treason, then the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff can convene a covert meeting and hold a vote by the Joint Chiefs of Staff in order to determine, above a reasonable doubt, whether or not the President is acting treasonous. If a majority of them agree that he or she is, then a convoy of 10 to 12 high-ranking officers, accompanied by a large contingency of Military Police, are to enter the grounds of the White House, by force if necessary, proceed to the location of the President and place him or her under arrest.]

It appears that U.S. President Obama’s response to their threat of arrest was to coordinate an assault against the agents who had uncovered the false flag terror plot and threaten him with arrest. The retaliatory murder of these agents took place on Monday, September 16th, 2013 at the Washington D.C. Navy Yard. Here is a breakdown of the events:

► Around 8:15 a.m. [Eastern Time], there were reports of shots fired at the Naval Yard in Washington D.C. The shootings reportedly left 13 people dead [including 1 gunman] and 8 other people injured. Those killed are believed to have been high ranking NCIS agents, Joint Chiefs of Staff and Provost Marshals. Here is a list of those who are said to have been killed in the shootings:

● Michael Arnold [age 59]

● Martin Bodrog [age 54]

● Arthur Daniels [age 51]

● Sylvia Frasier [age 53]

● Kathleen Gaarde [age 62]

● John Roger Johnson [age 73]

● Mary Francis Knight [age 51]

● Frank Kohler [age 50]

● Vishnu Pandit [age 61]

● Kenneth Bernard Proctor [age 46]

● Gerald L. Read [age 58]

● Richard Michael Ridgell [age 52]

► Aaron Alexis [age 34] has officially been blamed for the shootings. He is said to have been killed after a shootout with police and security staff, following the attack. Alexis served as a U.S. Navy Aviation Electrician’s Mate Third Class from 2007 to 2011, where he received the ‘National Defense Service Medal’ and the ‘Global War On Terrorism Service Medal.’ Police records show that he had been arrested at least 3 times: once in 2004 in Seattle for shooting out someone’s car tires, once in 2008 in Georgia for getting into a bar fight and once in 2010 in Texas for accidentally firing a gun into the ceiling of his apartment. At the time of the Washington D.C. Navy Yard shooting, Alexis was working as a U.S. government subcontractor for Hewlett-Packard, where he was working on an information technology project for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.

► Just like James Holmes in the Aurora theater shooting, Eric Harris in the Columbine shooting, Seung-Hui Cho in the Virginia Tech shooting and Adam Lanza in the Sandy Hook Elementary “shooting” [all of which were false flags, mind you], Aaron Alexis was taking antidepressant drugs. He was being prescribed Trazadone by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, a drug which literally has a side effect warning of “zombie-like sensations.” Along with the U.S. government feeding him mind-altering drugs, Alexis had recently filed a report to the Newport, Rhode Island police department stating that he was being followed and harassed by 3 individuals. He claimed that they were using an extremely low frequency [ELF] microwave device in order to shoot low frequency sound waves at him.

This is reminiscent of the U.S. government’s Project MK-ULTRA and Project Blue Beam, both of which aim to control peoples’ minds through the use of low-frequency mental suggestions which bombard peoples’ thought processes. Alexis is reported to have carved the words “My ELF weapon” into the stock of the shotgun that was said to have been used in the attack. The use of ELF waves on humans may be thought to be science fiction to some, but for others, it is very real. Many people have died after speaking out publicly about such weapons. Dr. Fred Bell died inexplicably and mysteriously less than 48 hours after talking about this secret government technology with former U.S. Navy SEAL and Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura during a taping of Ventura’s show “Conspiracy Theory.” Take a look at some related patents:

● U.S. Patent 3,951,134 – A method of transmitting electromagnetic signals to the brain, where they interfere with one another.

● U.S. Patent 4,717,343 – A method of conditioning a person’s unconscious mind in order to effect a desired change in the person’s behavior.

● U.S. Patent 4,858,612 – A method for the simulation of hearing, by the introduction of microwaves into the region of the auditory cortex.

● U.S. Patent 4,877,027 – Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves.

● U.S. Patent 5,123,899 – A system for altering states of human consciousness via the application of differing frequencies and wave forms.

● U.S. Patent 5,159,703 – A communications system in which carriers are modulated, acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain.

● U.S. Patent 5,270,800 – Subliminal message generator.

● U.S. Patent 5,507,291 – Waveform energy frequency is generated and wirelessly transmitted towards a remotely located subject.

● U.S. Patent 5,935,054 – Remote manipulation of the nervous systems by the application of a magnetic field.

● U.S. Patent 6,011,991 – A method for enabling human beings to communicate by way of monitored brain activity.

● U.S. Patent 6,017,302 – Sensory excitation via subliminal atmospheric acoustic pulses.

► There were reports of multiple shooting suspects having been seen on the base, all wearing U.S. Navy-style military uniforms and carrying multiple firearms. This is a key fact in the case, as the Naval Yard in question, and the city of Washington D.C. as a whole, are both gun-free zones, so logic dictates that the only people who would have been seen running around the base with firearms at that time would have been those who were directly involved in the shootings.

► Washington D.C. police initially reported that 2 other men had been involved in the attack and were on the loose, and proceeded to launch a huge manhunt that locked down much of central Washington D.C. These reports were then changed to reflect only 1 man on the loose, and then, eventually, none. This multiple shooter aspect is eerily similar to that of the supposed shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. The man blamed for the shooting is dead, while multiple other shooters were seen and reported, but get swept under the rug and nothing ever comes of it.

► The Washington D.C. SWAT [Special Weapons And Tactics] team who arrived on the scene of the shootings were told to STAND DOWN and LEAVE, rather than helping to stop the shootings. It is believed that the majority of the lives that were lost could have been prevented, had the SWAT team intervened. No explanation for their orders has ever been revealed.

► The radios that were being used by Washington D.C. officials and emergency responders mysteriously failed to work for the entire duration of the attack on the Navy Yard.

► There were multiple news sources that posted the story before it even happened. Some people try to blame it on some sort of “time stamp / cache” error, but why is there always this same sort of “time stamp / cache” error whenever there is evidence of a false flag attack occurring? This is eerily similar to the donation funds and condolence websites that were set up for the Sandy Hook victims days before those “shootings” even took place. The press had knowledge of the shootings before they happened. Just like in the Boston Marathon bombings, our very own government is staging killings of its own citizens. Here is a breakdown of the news sources who jumped the gun and posted the story before it happened [I highlighted the time stamps in red]:

● The Daily Courier newspaper of Kelowna, British Columbia posted the story [via The Associated Press] on Sunday, September 15th, 2013 at 11:31 p.m. Pacific Time [Monday, September 16th, 2013 at 2:31 a.m. Eastern Time], nearly 6 hours before the shootings took place.

● ABC News [the American Broadcasting Company] posted the story [via The Associated Press] with a date of September 15th, 2013, the day before the shootings took place.

● CNN [the Cable News Network] had a link to the story that was dated “4 days ago” [i.e 4 days before the shootings took place, or September 12th, 2013]. If you typed “erin alexis navy base shooter” into Google on the day of the shootings, the 4-day-old link was the second search result listed. I realize that now, being more than 4 days since the shootings took place, this one may be a bit harder to believe. But rest assured, I don’t ask for blind faith. I posted the same article the day after the shootings [September 17th, 2013].

► The U.S. Department of Homeland Security sponsored an active shooter workshop that was scheduled in the SAME CITY in which the shootings took place [only 3 blocks away, to be exact], on the SAME WEEK in which they occurred. Is it simply a coincidence that an active shooter situation occurred live just 3 days prior to the scheduled workshop? The U.S. Government Events website, which lists a schedule of government events, requires users to create an account in order to see the link. For simplicity’s sake, I did so and took screenshots of the pages and uploaded them for you to see:

► There is video evidence, as well as first-hand reports of crisis actors being on the scene of the shootings.

► Before the dead bodies were even cold, leftist politicians and celebrities used the shooting as ammunition in their attack on our second amendment rights, lobbying for gun grabs and anti-gun legislation. California Senator Dianne Feinstein has long been an anti-gun rights activist. After last year’s alleged Sandy Hook Elementary School false flag “shooting,” she unsuccessfully pushed to ban more than 150 types of firearms, including rifles, pistols and shotguns. On the day that the Washington D.C. Navy Yard shootings took place, she called for new, stricter legislation on gun control.
